During his time at McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business, he contributed to a strategic consulting initiative, developing a comprehensive market entry and pricing strategy for a health-tech firm. In a previous role at Nutri-Lawn, he was instrumental in driving client acquisition and retention, earning recognition for top performance through proactive outreach, personalized service, and clear communication.

A former competitive hockey player at the university and rep levels, Charlie attributes his discipline, resilience, and team-oriented mindset to his athletic background—qualities that continue to shape his professional approach.

Outside of his professional pursuits, he maintains a car enthusiast and enjoys staying active through hockey, fitness, and outdoor activities.
