Spencer is a Sales Development Representative at Linkwell Group, where he combines an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building strong client relationships in the insurance industry. With a background in business development and customer service, Spencer brings a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
Before joining Linkwell, Spencer co-founded Empire Transport, a transportation and labour service based in the Kenora and Lake of the Woods region. The company offers services including junk removal, deliveries, painting, dock work, and small-scale construction projects—demonstrating his drive to build and grow customer-focused businesses.
Spencer also has experience in public speaking and sales outreach, having led successful fundraising campaigns and spoken at large public events. His time on a debate team further honed his communication and persuasion skills—critical strengths in his current role.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending summers at his family’s cabin in Lac Lu, where he spends time fishing, wakesurfing, and hiking. He is committed to professional growth and is excited about the future at Linkwell Group.
